If the goods you receive are damaged or defective, please notify us by email at info@naydaya.com, quoting your original order number. Please send photos if you can, it helps us understand the problem. We will happily offer an exchange or a refund for damaged goods.
Changed your mind? It happens. Please contact our team at info@naydaya.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to arrange a return of unused and unopened products.
As a small business we're unable to cover the cost of returns. However, if you have an issue with a product and you're unhappy with your product for whatever reason, please get in touch with us at info@naydaya.com and we'll resolve it for you as soon as we can.
If you buy a product bundle or a gift from us, we can only accept returns if you return all of the items from your bundle. Unfortunately you cannot return just one item from a bundle for a partial refund. The bundles are sold as a full set and have to be returned, unused and in a saleable condition, as a full set.

Custom charges can occur for orders shipped outside the UK. You will be directly responsible for these payments.
We cannot be responsible for any custom charges, import duties or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs, so we advise you to check with your local customs before making your order.

Yes, absolutely. All our products are available on single-purchase. Our subscriptions simply help you save more when you buy more, with the added convenience of a monthly scheduled delivery.
If you choose a subscription, the same shipping method will be used as when you placed your first order. If you need a future subscription to be shipped using a faster shipping method, then please let us know before your next charge date and we can adjust this for you. Yes, we offer the ability to add gift notes to your order. Please add your gift message in the cart (simply tick "Would you like to add a gift note?" and type your message in the box). It will be printed onto a card with the NAYDAYA logo.
We're afraid that at this time we cannot offer gift receipts. If you are not sure what to buy your giftee, we recommend buying a gift card instead, so they can choose exactly what they like.
No, our orders are not delivered with any prices, so you can rest assured that any gifts will not show the price. We do not include a packing slip. Don't forget to add a gift note at checkout so your giftee knows it's from you!
After Checkout, you will be sent the gift card via email. You can then forward this to the recipient where they will be able to click on the link and the unique voucher code revealed.
The gift card is a digital gift card only. It will be sent as an email to you, containing an image of a gift card and it will say the gift card balance.
Yes, the balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as there is still a balance on the gift card. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
No problem - if the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the giftee will be prompted to choose an additional payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Yes, you can pay using a gift card on an order that uses a discount code. However, you cannot purchase a gift card using a discount code, and a gift card can't be used to buy another gift card.
A gift card can be used on an order that includes the first delivery of a subscription, but it can't be added as a payment method for a subscription. You must add an eligible payment method to the checkout to be billed for future subscription payments.

Many products claim to be natural or organic, but how can you tell? Here at NAYDAYA we disclose all our ingredients on each product page so you know exactly what you are putting on your skin. Our products are entirely clean, organic, vegan, fragrance free.
We strive to make our packaging as sustainable as possible.
Our glass jars and lids can be rinsed out and popped in the recycling bin. Our pipettes will need to be thrown away, as these are not currently recycled.
Our deco boxes are made using pulp, with sustainable forestry practices, and printed with vegetable inks. Our postal boxes are made from already recycled cardboard. You can recycle both of these boxes in your recycling bin.
We currently only have Body Blitz samples, available with every order over £40. We’re working on producing samples for more of our range. Watch this space.

NAYDAYA was founded by mum of three, Fiona Toomey. After having children, Fiona realised that women were being overlooked at key times in their lives when they needed more support. Fiona decided to take action, and founded NAYDAYA to ensure women get the high quality formulas they deserve, at every stage of life.
The name ‘NAYDAYA’ is inspired by the mythical Irish warrior ‘Naes’, and ‘DAYA’, which means goddess, compassion and strength. NAYDAYA is our mythical warrior, and our daily inspiration.
